Kasia Kramer

For London Representative

L1784844

As the descendant of a wartime Polish refugee, Labour values are not abstract to me. I’m proud to say that without a Labour government, my family would not be here today. That truth is never lost on me - Labour in government changes lives, and is always worth fighting for. Existing unapologetically as a British-Pole, I’ve experienced first-hand how extremists challenge the diversity that makes London the best city on earth.

I run two political societies at University College London (UCL), and everyday I speak to students intimidated by extremist forces on campus - the glorification of authoritarian regimes, the masquerading of USSR flags, and the spread of blatant propaganda. I can’t keep having those conversations without action. It’s time to confront extremism head-on, from the far-right and the far-left, that undermine our democracy, Labour values, and our city. As your London representative, I will be a clear, principled voice for Labour on campus, equipping Labour clubs to organise strongly, safely, and confidently.

As Labour activists, we all know we face the most strategic elections in London in 20 years. The local elections in May 2026 will shape our city’s future, and London Labour Students must be mobilised. I know London Labour Students can be our boldest campaigning force.
If elected, I pledge to:
Mobilise London Labour Students to campaign for 7th May and onwards
Be an open and accessible representative for every London Labour club
Energise the fight against extremism on campus
Upskill our membership with frequent events and opportunities
