Kashvi Khanna

For Vice Chair

L3092588

My name is Kashvi, and I am proud to be standing to be your next Vice Chair of Labour Students.

I joined the Labour Party at just 16 years old, with no connections and no shortcuts, only a belief that politics can change lives, just as the previous labour governments changed the lives of my parents.

Being the chair of the University of Birmingham Labour club has taught me the importance of student activism and how creating welcoming, accessible spaces allows more students to find their political voice and shape a movement that truly represents us all.
Students across the country share a belief that politics can be a force for good. By standing together, we can turn that belief into real change. When forces like Reform seek to divide and polarise our communities, we must stand firm in our Labour values of solidarity, inclusion, and resilience. That is the Britain I believe in, and it is the Britain Labour represents.

As Vice Chair, I will work to ensure that Labour Students are accessible, connected, and ready to win. Working with Willow as chair and Alex as secretary, we will ensure to:

Protect and expand travel funds
Hold digital and doorstep training
Growing grassroots leaders locally by supporting new activists.

Backing our Organise! team is backing your club, your students, and a stronger Labour presence on every campus.
